Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via UPS, in a rigid flat-mailer or tube depending on size. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and delivery. All international orders are shipped via USPS International First Class and normally arrive within 2-4 weeks.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

SALE OF GOODS

All of our products are custom made to order, and we highly recommend purchasing samples before ordering yardage. If you believe your product to be defective prior to trimming or installation, please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can review your issue.

Damaged goods in transit or product defects should be reported immediately. We will not refund cut or installed products when discovered prior to installation. Our liability will not exceed the value of the products in question. We are not liable for loss of profits and consequential, financial and other losses.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS

We print orders on demand and dye lot variations can occur.
